Please read these terms carefully before setting up your DigitalLoyalty account. They explain your rights and responsibilities as a business using the platform.
You confirm that you are authorised to create this account on behalf of your cafe, restaurant, or hospitality business and that the information you submit is accurate.
DigitalLoyalty provides software to help your business manage loyalty enrolment, customer profiles, rewards, and digital wallet passes. You are responsible for how your business configures and operates the programme.
Your business is responsible for the offers, reward rules, staff access, and customer communications you publish through the platform.
You agree that your business must only collect customer data lawfully, present suitable notices, and obtain any permissions required under applicable privacy and marketing rules.
You must not use the platform for unlawful activity, deceptive promotions, abusive customer communications, or activity that could damage customers, merchants, or the integrity of the service.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, DigitalLoyalty acts as a software provider and service operator. Your business remains responsible for the customer relationship and the lawful operation of its loyalty programme.
If you have questions about setup, legal wording, or account onboarding before launch, you can contact support@digitalloyalty.uk.
Your business decides why customer personal data is collected and how the loyalty programme is run. DigitalLoyalty processes that data only to provide the platform services to your business.
You agree to provide an appropriate privacy notice to customers, maintain a valid lawful basis for processing, collect any required consent, and avoid uploading data you are not entitled to use.
You should only collect data that is reasonably necessary for your loyalty programme and should restrict staff access to what is needed for operational use.
Your business remains responsible for deletion, correction, export, and retention requests from customers, even where DigitalLoyalty provides tooling that helps you carry them out.
The platform may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, storage, payments, email, and wallet services where reasonably required to deliver the service.
By continuing, you acknowledge these data-handling responsibilities as part of your business onboarding.
If you need help understanding how these responsibilities apply to your business setup, contact support@digitalloyalty.uk.
If anything is unclear or you need help with your account setup, our support team is here to help.
